An account clerk plays a vital role in the financial operations of an organization. We are searching for an account clerk who is responsible in revolve around maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting and finance departments.
Here are the key responsibilities and tasks typically associated with this role:
- Provide account clerical support such as filing documents to the accounting department.
- Reconcile FB ad invoices in a timely manner.
- Download, edit, and save invoices from the CRM Platform.
- Download daily sales reports from the payment gateway.
- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superiors.
- Provide assistance and support to the Senior Account Executive.
